About the Role
You will drive the expansion of the GoBTC Pay ecosystem by securing commercial partnerships with financial institutions and digital payment platforms. You'll identify opportunities, lead commercial negotiations, manage complex sales cycles, and bring partners from the first conversation through technical integration and launch. You'll work closely with Product, Engineering, Legal, and Marketing teams to ensure every partnership delivers long-term business value.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in Business Development, Enterprise Sales, Strategic Partnerships, or Financial Services.
- Proven track record of closing complex B2B or enterprise partnerships.
- Experience working with banks, payment providers, fintech companies, digital wallets, or crypto businesses.
- Strong commercial negotiation and relationship management skills.
- Experience managing enterprise sales cycles involving multiple stakeholders.
- Understanding of API-based products, payment infrastructure, or technical integrations.
- Ability to work cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, Compliance, and Legal teams.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Fluent English.
- Experience in fintech, crypto, Web3, or fast-growing tech companies is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Identify, engage, and close partnerships with banks, digital wallets, fintech companies, payment providers, and crypto platforms.
- Build and manage a targeted pipeline of strategic accounts.
- Own the entire business development cycle, from outreach through signed agreements and successful launch.
- Lead commercial negotiations with senior decision-makers.
- Coordinate API integration projects with Product and Engineering teams.
- Develop business cases and commercial proposals tailored to each partner.
- Collaborate with Legal and Compliance throughout the partnership process.
- Launch joint go-to-market and co-marketing initiatives with partners.
- Monitor partner performance and identify opportunities to increase transaction volume.
- Represent GoBTC Pay at industry events and executive meetings.
- Provide market insights and partnership feedback to leadership.
