About the Role
You will develop and manage end-to-end media strategies to generate quality leads, drive registrations, and increase active user engagement. You will optimize campaigns daily to meet key KPIs such as CPL, CVR, CPC, and CPA while ensuring strong ROAS. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to define target audiences, enhance campaign performance, and identify new MarTech tools for better insights. You will continuously analyze data, test new approaches, and improve user conversion and the overall digital journey.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in a related field
- 2–5 years of experience in performance marketing, ads optimization, media buying, or digital marketing
- Hands-on experience with performance media channels such as Facebook Ads, Google Ads, SEM, SEO, LINE Ads, TikTok Ads, Twitter Ads, Native Ads, Audience Ad Network, and other biddable or non-biddable platforms
- Experience in the finance industry is an added advantage
- Strong command of English, both written and spoken
Responsibilities
- Devise and manage end-to-end media plan and strategy to raise quality leads, drive registrants, and drive continuous usage as active users
- Bid on and optimize media campaigns to drive conversion on a daily basis and closely monitor ROAS metrics such as CPL, CVR, CPC, and CPA
- Measure and report media performance against KPIs and recommendations weekly to enhance campaign communication and creative material effectiveness
- Work with Data Analysis, Business Development, Marketing Campaigns, and Marketing Communication teams to define potential customer segments across ad platforms and owned media channels
- Monitor digital customer behavior and identify new MarTech tools to gather online marketing insight and performance analytics in the digital landscape and mobile-app marketing
- Identify initiatives and techniques for improving KPI performance and operations including A/B testing, multivariate testing, customer attribution modeling, and retargeting multi-touch journeys
- Track and analyze site traffic flow and performance indicators, provide regular internal reports, and identify improvement areas such as reducing drop-off rate and improving customer experience
