About the Role
YOU support the regional sales team by demonstrating the value of the platform to prospective clients across sectors. YOU work closely with Sales Directors, Business Development Representatives, and Product Teams to deliver tailored technical solutions that address a wide range of customer needs, from asset custody to tokenization, DeFi access, and blockchain-based transaction flows. YOU translate complex technical concepts into clear, customer-focused value propositions and contribute to successful onboarding and integration.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Sales Engineer, Solutions Architect, or similar technical pre-sales role in SaaS, fintech, blockchain, or cybersecurity.
- Familiarity with financial services workflows, Web3 infrastructure, or blockchain-based transaction models (e.g., custody, settlement, token issuance).
- Technical proficiency with SaaS platforms, APIs, and security technologies.
- Ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear, customer-focused value propositions.
- Skilled in delivering tailored demos and engaging presentations to diverse audiences.
- Exceptional communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.
- A passion for blockchain technology and its applications across industries.
- Fluent in English (additional languages are a plus).
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with Sales Directors to deliver tailored product demonstrations, workshops, and PoCs that showcase the platform’s capabilities.
- Assess client requirements and design technical solutions that integrate the platform into their digital asset operations, ensuring scalability, security, and compliance.
- Present in-depth technical content to both technical and non-technical stakeholders, including C-level executives, across banking, fintech, Web3, and enterprise domains.
- Guide clients through the onboarding process, ensuring seamless integration with the platform’s MPC-based Wallet Infrastructure and APIs.
- Lead the technical response to Requests for Proposals (RFPs), ensuring accurate and compelling answers that align with client needs.
- Collaborate with Product, R&D, and Security teams to address customer feedback and ensure solutions align with Fireblocks’ capabilities.
- Stay informed about trends and challenges in the blockchain, digital assets, and evolving use cases (e.g., custody, tokenization, payments, DeFi).
