What you'll do
- Collaborate with the trading, quantitative, data, product and engineering teams around the Web3 Trading scenario to jointly build AI Trading capabilities.
- Deeply engage with business teams to promote the efficiency improvement of AI in internal products, technologies, operations, customer service and other scenarios, and convert business requirements into AI solutions.
- Build MLOps/LLMOps capabilities, promote model serviceization, platformization and reusability, and optimize inference costs and service stability.
- Consolidate reusable AI tools, model services and platform capabilities to enhance the overall efficiency of the organization.
- Establish and manage the AI algorithm team, and promote collaboration among cross-product, technology, data, risk control, trading and operation teams.
What you'll need
- At least 8 years of experience in AI/ machine learning/data science/algorithms engineering, and 3 years of team management or technical leadership experience
- Proficient in multiple algorithm areas such as machine learning, deep learning, large models, RAG, Agent, NLP, recommendation, risk control, time series, etc.
- Proficient in Python, familiar with mainstream AI frameworks such as PyTorch, TensorFlow, Scikit-learn, Transformers, etc.
- Have experience in applying large models, familiar with Prompt Engineering, RAG, Agent workflow, vector databases, etc.
- Have experience in model engineering, understanding the complete process of data processing, feature engineering, model training, service deployment, effect evaluation, A/B testing, and online monitoring
- Have strong business understanding, able to abstract business problems such as trading, growth, and operations into algorithm problems and drive their implementation
- Have good cross-team communication and project management skills, able to coordinate product, technology, data, risk control, trading, and operation teams to complete complex projects
- Have a result-oriented and ROI awareness, focusing on the actual value of AI projects in terms of efficiency improvement, business growth, risk control, and transaction capability building
Extra points:
- Industry background in cryptocurrency exchanges, quantitative funds, Web3 data platforms
- Understanding of CEX/DEX, spot trading, contracts, order books, liquidity, funding rates, margin calls, strength, etc. trading mechanisms
- Proficient in chain data: wallet addresses, token transfers, contract interactions, DEX Swap, cross-chain, Smart Money, fund flows
- Practical experience in AI Trading, quantitative trading, market prediction, trading signals, Alpha factors, intelligent backtesting, strategy risk control, etc.
- Followings of LLM, Agent, Multi-Agent, Function Calling, etc. cutting-edge directions
- Open source contributions, technical blogs, paper publications or industry presentations

任职要求：
- 硕士及以上学历，计算机、人工智能、数学、统计学、金融工程等相关专业优先
- 8 年以上 AI / 机器学习 / 数据科学 / 算法工程相关经验，3年以上团队管理或技术负责人经验
- 熟悉机器学习、深度学习、大模型、RAG、Agent、NLP、推荐、风控、时间序列等多个算法方向
- 熟练使用 Python，熟悉 PyTorch、TensorFlow、Scikit-learn、Transformers 等主流 AI 框架
- 具备大模型应用落地经验，熟悉 Prompt Engineering、RAG、Agent 工作流、向量数据库等相关技术
- 具备模型工程化经验，理解数据处理、特征工程、模型训练、服务部署、效果评估、A/B 测试和线上监控完整链路
- 具备较强业务理解能力，能够将交易、增长、运营等业务问题抽象为算法问题并推动落地
- 具备良好的跨团队沟通和项目推进能力，能够协调产品、技术、数据、风控、交易和运营团队完成复杂项目
