What you'll do
1. Provide API integration and technical support to help clients smoothly integrate with and use the company’s API interfaces.
2. Prepare and maintain detailed API documentation, including API references, sample code, use cases, and other technical materials, ensuring the documentation is clear and easy to understand. Provide API training to clients, explaining API design, functionality, and best practices to help clients effectively understand and use the APIs.
3. Troubleshooting and issue resolution: diagnose and resolve API-related issues, including API call errors, performance issues, permission issues, and other integration problems. Work closely with the development team to analyze and resolve technical issues, and improve API stability and performance.
4. API performance monitoring and optimization recommendations: monitor API performance, collect and analyze API usage data, identify potential issues and areas for improvement. Provide clients with best practices for API usage and recommend ways to optimize API integration, improving application performance and stability.
5. Work closely with development, product, operations, and other internal teams to understand product requirements and provide technical support. Support improvements to API features and the release of new functionalities. Participate in API product planning and version iterations, provide customer feedback and technical suggestions, and ensure continuous optimization and updates of API services.
What you'll need
1. Must be based in a European time zone, with fluent English listening and speaking skills.
2. Bachelor’s degree or above in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
3. At least 1 year of experience in API technical support, software development, or related technical support roles. Experience in API documentation, interface debugging, integration testing, and customer communication/support is required.
4. Familiar with common Web API design standards and implementation methods, such as RESTful APIs and SOAP. Proficient in at least one programming language, such as Java, Python, JavaScript, or Go, with the ability to read and understand code and assist clients in resolving integration issues. Familiarity with common API management tools/platforms such as Swagger, Postman, and Apigee is preferred. Good understanding of HTTP, JSON, XML, and other common data exchange formats, with basic debugging skills.
5. Crypto industry experience is preferred.
6. Mandarin Chinese proficiency would be a plus.（Not madatory）

3. 故障排除与问题解决：负责API相关问题的诊断与解决，包括接口调用错误、性能问题、权限问题等，
与开发团队协作，分析并解决API的技术故障，优化API接口的稳定性和性能；
4. API性能监控与优化建议：监控API接口的性能，收集并分析API的使用数据，发现潜在的问题和优化点，
向客户提供API使用的最佳实践，建议如何优化API集成，提高应用性能和稳定性；
5.与开发、产品、运维等团队紧密合作，理解产品需求并提供技术支持，推动API功能的改进和新功能的发布，
参与API产品的功能规划与版本迭代，提供客户反馈和技术建议，确保API服务的持续优化和更新；
任职要求：
1. 要求Base欧洲时区，英文熟练听说；
2.本科及以上学历，计算机、软件工程或相关专业；
3. 1年以上API技术支持、软件开发或相关技术支持工作经验。具备API文档编写、接口调试和集成测试等相关经验，有与客户沟通和支持的经历；
4.熟悉常见的Web API（RESTful API、SOAP等）设计规范和实现方式。熟悉至少一种编程语言（如Java、Python、JavaScript、Go等），能够阅读和理解代码，并帮助客户解决集成问题。了解常见的API管理平台，如Swagger、Postman、Apigee等。理解HTTP协议、JSON、XML等常用数据交换格式，具备基本的调试技能；
5. 有Crypto背景优先；
6. 具备普通话能力者优先（非必需）。
