What you'll do
- Support the design and documentation of internal control frameworks and standard operating procedures tailored to business needs.
- Ensure effective rollout and consistent application of internal policies, standards, and control frameworks across functions.
- Identify, assess, and address control gaps; develop and implement preventive and corrective actions to mitigate risks.
- Conduct routine reviews of key workflows and processes to assess control effectiveness and ensure policy adherence.
- Use data analytics and technology tools to enable continuous risk monitoring, detect anomalies, and drive process improvements.
- Identify potential fraud risks and collaborate with stakeholders to design and enforce effective preventive controls.
- Contribute to initiatives focused on enhancing internal controls, policies, procedures, and risk management practices.
- Partner with internal teams to drive alignment, support change management, and foster a strong control culture.
What you'll need
- Bachelor’s degree or above; majors in Finance, Economics, Mathematics, Statistics, Financial Engineering, Business Administration, or related fields are preferred;
- Financial Foundation: Basic knowledge of financial markets and wealth management products, understanding of basic risk control processes; familiar with fundamental concepts of options and structured products (call/put, strike/target price, expiration and exercise, payoff diagrams, basic risk scenarios), and able to interpret product term sheets;
- Analytical Skills: Strong data analysis capabilities, proficient in Excel; able to identify issues from data, form hypotheses, and demonstrate good writing and presentation skills;
- Soft Skills: Detail-oriented and rigorous, strong learning ability and self-motivation, good communication and collaboration skills, able to adapt to a fast-paced environment;
- Language: Fluent in both Chinese and English (speaking, listening, reading, and writing), capable of preparing bilingual analysis reports;
- **Bonus**:
- Completed coursework in options/derivatives, financial engineering, fixed income, or statistics; practical understanding of Greeks (e.g., Delta);
- Knowledge of digital assets/crypto markets, or interest/internship experience in exchange wealth management or structured products;
- Familiar with Python / R / SQL, with experience in data cleaning, visualization, or simple backtesting;
- Understanding of basic concepts in interest rate/tenor-based wealth products or Asset Liability Management (ALM);
- Relevant internships in securities firms, funds, exchanges, or fintech companies;
- Candidates based in Hong Kong are preferred.

- 协助理财产品市场研究与行业数据收集，形成分析报告；
- 对理财产品的收益结构、风险特征、用户画像进行建模与分析；
- 跟进竞品动态，提出产品优化或创新建议；
- 协助产品上线后的数据跟踪与表现分析；
- 协助理财团队完成产品运营、流程管理等相关工作；
- 协助各类结构化产品（双币、FCN、备兑看涨、期权型、稳定币、股币/RWA等）的条款梳理、收益情景分析、市场研究及竞品对比；负责日常数据跟踪、报表整理及风险监控，发现异常及时反馈，并开展上线后表现复盘。
任职要求：
- 学历：本科及以上；金融、经济、数学、统计、金融工程、工商管理等相关专业优先；
- 金融基础：对金融市场和理财产品有基础认知，了解基本风控流程；理解期权与结构化产品基础概念（认购/认沽、行权价/目标价、到期与行权、收益图/payoff、基础风险情景），能看懂产品条款说明；
- 分析能力：具备扎实的数据分析能力，熟悉 Excel；善于从数据中发现问题并提出假设，具备写作与汇报能力；
- 软性特质：细致严谨，学习能力与自我驱动力强，良好沟通与协作，能适应快节奏工作；
- 语言：中英文听说读写流利，能撰写双语分析报告。
- **加分项**:
- 修读过期权/衍生品、金融工程、固定收益或统计相关课程；对希腊值（如 Delta）有实操层面理解；
- 了解数字资产/加密货币市场，或对交易所理财、结构化产品有兴趣/实习经历；
- 熟悉 Python / R / SQL，有数据清洗、可视化或简单回测经验；
- 了解利率/期限类理财产品或资产负债匹配（ALM）基础概念；
- 有券商、基金、交易所、金融科技等相关实习；
- 优先考虑 base 香港人选。
