About the Role
You will advise a small set of strategic customers on platform architecture operations security data management compute resources and machine learning operations. You will manage milestones and risks troubleshoot implementations document technical information communicate feature requests and guide technology decisions with client leaders.
Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in a customer-facing technical role
- Comfort and confidence in client-facing interactions
- Ability to work both pre-sale and post-sale
- Strong Linux system administration experience including networking
- Experience with LDAP Kerberos Active Directory and IAM
- Hands-on experience with AWS Azure and GCP cloud services
- Hands-on Kubernetes setup administration troubleshooting and tuning experience
- Experience with Hadoop or Spark setup administration troubleshooting and tuning
- Python experience is preferred
- Knowledge of Java is a nice-to-have
- Knowledge of machine learning operations is a nice-to-have
Responsibilities
- Identify customer priorities and define engagement plans
- Manage milestones deliverables status updates risks and issues
- Centralize client technical information and contribute to account strategy
- Document processes optimize workflows and upskill peers
- Advise customers on platform architecture deployment expansion and upgrades
- Guide best practices security data management compute resources machine learning operations and monitoring
- Troubleshoot product implementations in customer systems
- Record and communicate feature requests to product and research teams
- Advise client technology leaders on companion technologies and technical strategy
- Support edge computing deep learning and advanced machine learning operations
