About the Role
You will expand and manage global fiat payment channels including gateways settlement partners banks and local payment service providers. You will build and optimize on-ramp and off-ramp systems manage vendor onboarding and integrations monitor regulations and market trends and use performance data to improve conversion cost efficiency and user experience.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or above in Finance Economics Computer Science International Business or a related field
- At least 3 years of experience in the payments industry
- Deep understanding of global payment ecosystems and key channels
- Experience integrating fiat on-ramp and off-ramp vendors for crypto exchanges or cross-border financial institutions
- Strong knowledge of payment processing settlement flows and compliance frameworks including AML and KYC
- Strong project management and cross-functional collaboration skills
- Proficiency in English
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Passion for fintech innovation digital assets and the Web3 ecosystem
Responsibilities

- Improve conversion rates cost efficiency and user experience
- Collaborate with Product Risk Compliance Legal and Finance teams
