About the Role
You will work hands on with US based customers to implement and optimize security operations. You will configure and customize security platforms, script Python integrations and monitoring logic, guide customers through implementation and daily tool usage, assess Web3 risks, develop monitoring and response plans, deliver training, support sales activities, and collaborate with partners.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field
- In-depth understanding of Web3 technologies, decentralized systems, and blockchain security
- Advanced understanding of cybersecurity principles, best practices, and industry standards for digital assets and blockchain
- Working proficiency in Python
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively with external partners
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to explain complex security concepts to technical and non-technical audiences
- Proven customer-facing engagement experience
