About the Role
You will set and evolve the Studio Developer vision, drive platform adoption, and lead large cross-functional initiatives. You will establish platform standards, embed governance and controls into the developer experience, develop product leaders, and translate internal success into client adoption.
Requirements
- 12+ years of experience in product, platform, or technology roles
- Strong technical foundation with software engineering or related technical experience preferred
- Experience leading platform or developer-facing products and scaling adoption
- Ability to lead across teams and balance near-term delivery with long-term direction
- Commercial and client-facing product experience
- Understanding of developer platforms, APIs, SDKs, and governed enterprise deployment
- Familiarity with developer workflows and AI-assisted tooling
- Executive communication and stakeholder-management skills
