About the Role
You will support members with collections-related queries, manage arrears in line with collection policies, and work with members to establish sustainable repayment plans. You will keep logs and reports accurate, document actions and decisions, and communicate effectively in French and English throughout the collections process.
Requirements
- Excellent spoken and written French and English language skills
- Previous retail or other customer-related experience
- Time-management skills
- Negotiation and reasoning skills
