About the Role

You will build a partner ecosystem from the ground up by sourcing, recruiting, enabling, and activating partners. You will define partnership strategy, build the program, support deals, and close new business with partners. You will collaborate with sales, engineering, product, and marketing to expand the partner channel.

Requirements

• 6+ years of experience in partnerships, channel, business development, sales, or strategic alliances
• Strong understanding of the partner landscape
• Technical expertise to become a trusted advisor on customers' AI strategy
• Customer empathy
