About the Role
You will design, develop, and deploy algorithms for SMA portfolio management and rebalancing. You will build front-end and back-end software, data-management capabilities, APIs, and automated workflows. You will lead process-improvement initiatives, evaluate technologies, and mentor junior engineers.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
- 7-8 years of financial-services engineering or technology experience.
- Software design and engineering fundamentals, including algorithms, data structures, design patterns, and testing.
- Python, Java, Scala, backend-service, and API development experience.
- Experience building large-scale production front-end applications using React, TypeScript, Angular, or similar technologies.
- Cloud-platform experience with Microsoft Azure or AWS, containerization, and orchestration.
- Experience adopting AI-assisted SDLC practices.
- Experience with relational, SQL, or NoSQL databases.
