What you'll do Work with Compliance and Legal to interpret licensing and regulatory requirements and convert them into clear product requirements and user journeys.

Design high-level product solutions for regulated sites/products, balancing compliance, user experience, and technical feasibility.

Coordinate cross-functional teams (Product, Engineering, Data, Design, Operations, Support) to produce detailed designs, user stories, and acceptance criteria.

Ensure end-to-end alignment and traceability from regulatory requirement → product design → implementation → evidence/documentation.

Support PMO/project teams with solution expertise: clarify scope, manage dependencies, identify risks/issues, and support timely delivery.

Drive stakeholder communication and decision-making forums; document decisions, trade-offs, and implementation rationale.

Support launch readiness and post-launch optimization, including operational processes and control monitoring where needed.

What you'll need 7+ years of product management experience, including significant experience in financial services compliance/regulatory products.

Strong experience partnering with Compliance and Legal teams and delivering product changes to meet regulatory or licensing expectations.

Ability to learn quickly, think logically, and structure complex problems into executable plans.

Strong communication and stakeholder management skills across technical and non-technical teams.

Strong documentation and product execution skills (PRD/user stories/flows).

Fluent in both English and Mandarin (spoken and written) is required.

Crypto industry experience is an advantage; passion for crypto is highly preferred.

Nice to Have

Experience with KYC/KYB, sanctions screening, AML controls, disclosures, record retention, regulatory reporting, or audit/exam support.
