About the role

We are looking for an experienced Product Manager to lead the design of wallet features for Bitget Wallet. You will be responsible for defining the product roadmap within the team, driving product launches, user growth, and feature promotions.

What you'll do

Product Design & Planning:

Design and implement functional plans for Web3 wallet products, and drive product iteration.

User Needs Analysis:

Gain deep insights into user needs, develop product strategies to address pain points, and optimize user experience.

Cross-Team Coordination:

Work closely with technical, design, and marketing teams to ensure that product development is completed on time and meets quality standards.

Project Management:

Manage the entire product lifecycle, from concept to launch, ensuring projects are completed within budget and timeline.

Market Research:

Monitor industry trends and competitors, propose improvement suggestions, and ensure the product remains competitive.

What you'll need

• At least 3 years of experience in product-related roles and a bachelor’s degree or above.
• Experience with blockchain products and a solid understanding of basic blockchain concepts are required.
• Practical or user experience with on-chain transactions (swap), DeFi, airdrops, or meme trading is a strong plus.
• Strong market insight, with the ability to respond quickly to industry changes and formulate corresponding strategies.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, able to coordinate and drive projects to implementation.
• Good English communication and writing skills are preferred.
• Passionate about the blockchain industry, willing to learn new knowledge about the industry, strong execution and ability to work under pressure.

市场调研：

跟踪行业趋势和竞争对手，提出改进建议，确保产品保持竞争力。

任职要求

• 至少3年产品相关经验，本科及以上学历，有区块链产品经验，了解区块链基本知识。
• 有丰富的链上交易（swap），defi，空投，冲meme等工作经验或使用经验的优先。
• 具备敏锐的市场洞察力，能快速响应行业变化并制定相应策略。
• 出色的沟通和协作能力，能够协调推动项目落地。
• 英语沟通及读写能力佳者优先；
• 对区块链行业有热情，愿意了解行业的新知识，执行力强，抗压能力强
