What you'll do Develop/monitor AFSL compliance program Ensure retail protections Oversee AUSTRAC AML/Travel Rule Conduct internal audits, breach reporting to ASIC Board reporting; train staff Manage enforcement/audits; retail complaints What you'll need Bachelor’s degree or higher in Accounting, Finance, Auditing, or related discipline. 5+ years financial services compliance exp (crypto/derivs from AFSL firm preferred) RG 146 compliance competency or equivalent Australian resident; clean ASIC/ criminal checks.
