Job Responsibilities: 1.
Responsible for recruiting and managing the business team in the Korean market, recruiting and managing business personnel, and leading the team to achieve the performance targets set by the company 2.
Responsible for the development of Korean market agents, actively expanding and exploring new customers through various means such as Mobike and friend referrals 3.
Responsible for maintaining good relationships with agents in the Korean market, providing high-quality services to agents, solving agent needs, and enabling agents to continue trading 4.
Assist other businesses in negotiating and maintaining customer relationships, and cultivate and establish customer loyalty through comprehensive customer relationship management; 5.
Assist in collecting market information, analyzing market competition, and continuously proposing optimization suggestions for business processes, customer needs, product innovation, etc Job requirements: Having worked in South Korea for over 5 years, being a permanent resident or willing to frequently travel to South Korea, and able to speak both Korean and Chinese Priority given to those aged 30 to 50, with at least 3 years of sales experience or B2B experience Sales experience in the financial industry (forex, securities, commodities, futures) is preferred Strong customer development and maintenance skills, keen market awareness, excellent business negotiation and adaptability, and a deep understanding of customer needs in the financial industry
