Korean Operation

Job responsibilities: Undertake the user resources of various countries, receive product consultations from customers from various countries through social media software such as WhatsApp, and conduct basic operation teaching and transaction classes.

Actively contact new customers one-on-one and guide them to use the platform.  Perform basic work including content editing, topic initiation, question answering, etc. to keep users and communities active.

Explore new overseas operation scene channels and enrich existing community operation channels Iterate community operation conversion words to improve conversion rate Job requirements: Korean reading and writing skills, able to browse websites without obstacles and communicate with users.

Familiar with major interactive SNS community websites, Facebook, WhatsApp social software is preferred; Familiar with online community language, good at grasping and guiding topics, and attracting fans; Have ideas and self-motivation, have the ability to solve problems, can accept challenges and withstand certain work pressure.
