The future of Web3 starts with you — join us as an Business Development Manager! — Proven experience in business development, sales, or partnerships. — Experience in fintech, cryptocurrency, or B2B is highly preferred. — Strong negotiation and closing skills with experience engaging decision-makers and executives. — Solid understanding of the European market, including experience working with marketplaces and retailers. — Ability to develop and implement scalable business models and adapt strategies based on market changes. — Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills. — Identify and develop new business opportunities through networking, outreach, and industry connections. — Build and manage your own sales pipeline. — Recruit, onboard, and manage your own Sales Development Representative (SDR*)* team to scale prospecting efforts. — Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and business growth objectives. — Identify new partnership opportunities with marketplaces and strategic partners across Europe. — Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients. — Manage negotiations and close partnership agreements at the decision-maker level. — Conduct market research to identify industry trends, the competitive landscape, and new growth opportunities. — Monitor market dynamics and adjust strategies accordingly. — Prepare business proposals, sales presentations, and partnership agreements. — Lead contract negotiations and ensure successful deal closure. — Work closely with marketing, product, and operations teams to ensure a seamless client experience. — Align internal stakeholders around business development initiatives. — Track sales metrics and pipeline performance. — Analyze sales data and report progress to senior management. — Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to strengthen brand visibility and build strategic relationships.
