The future of Web3 starts with you — join us as Liquidity Manager! - Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Computer Science, Quantitative Finance, or related fields. - 2+ years of experience in market-making, liquidity provision or quantitative trading, preferably in crypto markets, derivatives, or high-frequency trading. - Deep understanding of trading systems, market microstructure, order book dynamics, and end-to-end execution workflows. - Proficiency in designing and implementing trading strategies and algorithms, including hedging, market making, and arbitrage strategies. - Experience with monitoring and analytics tools (e.g., Grafana, Tableau, custom dashboards) - Ability to work in high-pressure, fast-moving environments, make data-driven decisions, manage multiple strategies simultaneously - Solid understanding of risk management and operational workflows; experience designing processes to improve efficiency, control, and decision-making. - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to adapt strategies to rapidly changing market conditions. - Support liquidity business development; - Work with Ops, Risk, Engineering teams to build and continuously improve trading and risk management tools; - Monitor liquidity metrics and trading strategies and optimize performance; - Actively contribute to the growth and optimization of the liquidity business by identifying issues, proposing solutions, and implementing improvements. - Analytics and innovation support.
