The future of Web3 starts with you: join us as a Senior HR Business Partner! — Minimum 5 years of experience in HR, ideally as HR Business Partner or in a senior HR role. — Proven experience working in international companies. — Strong ability to work with and influence business leaders and other stakeholders. — Deep understanding of all HR business processes within an organization. — Experience designing and implementing HR business processes from scratch. — Strong skills in creating HR policies, procedures and guides in English. — Experience developing internal HR projects from concept to implementation. — Knowledge of legal aspects of HR cooperation and ability to work with legal teams. — Experience building and managing processes for cross-functional teams. — Hands-on experience setting up HR process automation, including tools like Jira. — Strong understanding of HR analytics and experience using data to drive HR decisions and measure impact.
Will be a plus: — Experience leveraging AI tools and technologies to enhance HR processes, analytics or decision-making — Partner closely with business departments to drive company strategy, ensuring HR initiatives actively support corporate goals and mission. — Develop, maintain, and continuously improve HR policies, procedures, and documentation to enable both current success and long-term business growth. — Ensure HR practices are fully compliant with legislation and internal regulations, managing compliance proactively and transparently. — Provide forward-looking, practical guidance to managers and employees on legal and regulatory requirements, fostering confident decision-making. — Build and sustain trust-based relationships with stakeholders, deeply understanding their needs and delivering tailored HR solutions. — Analyze business processes, anticipate stakeholder expectations, and balance competing priorities to maximize organizational effectiveness. — Identify and implement HR services and programs that address evolving business needs, driving measurable impact. — Lead initiatives for employee retention, engagement and development. — Act as a connector across teams and management, translating strategic business needs into actionable HR programs and initiatives. — Drive HR projects end-to-end, leveraging expertise to mitigate risks, enhance processes, and strengthen leadership capability. — Mentor and empower HR team members, fostering a high-performing team capable of delivering impactful HR services.
