BD Manager (Europe)

Responsibilities

Develop and execute business development strategies across the European market Acquire and manage KOLs, affiliates, trading communities, and strategic partners Expand institutional, retail, and community-based partnerships Drive user acquisition, trading volume, and brand visibility Identify new growth opportunities in both Web3 and Web2 ecosystems Monitor competitor activity and regional market trends Collaborate with marketing and operations teams to optimize campaign ROI

Requirements

Proven experience in CEX (centralized exchange) business development, OR A successful crypto affiliator with a strong record of driving user growth and trading volume Strong network within the European crypto ecosystem Fluent in English; additional European languages (German, French, Spanish, etc.) are a strong plus Deep understanding of crypto trading products (spot, futures, derivatives) Strong negotiation, partnership-building, and execution skills
