What You’ll Do Identify, onboard, and manage relationships with local KOLs, influencers, communities, projects, and strategic partners to promote the company and drive user growth and trading volume Maintain strong, long-term partnerships with KOLs and marketing channels to ensure sustained collaboration Execute and optimize KOL marketing strategies , ensuring alignment with business goals Track, analyze, and report on campaign performance; continuously optimize strategies to maximize ROI and performance Monitor local industry trends, competitor activities, and market movements, and recommend strategic actions accordingly Leverage existing crypto trading networks , especially in CEX and futures trading, to expand market reach What You’ll Need Diploma or Degree in Business Management, Marketing , or a related field 2–3 years of experience in a similar role, preferably within the cryptocurrency or fintech industry Strong understanding of affiliate and KOL marketing within the crypto space Established network of crypto trading channels, accounts, and communities , especially in futures trading Knowledge and network in Gold/Forex (TradFi) is a strong advantage Excellent interpersonal, communication, and relationship-building skills Strong verbal and written communication skills in English and the local language Passionate about cryptocurrency, blockchain, and digital assets Able to work well under pressure with strong execution and ownership mindset Why Bitget?
