The future of Web3 starts with you — join us as a Deputy Compliance Officer! — Higher education in Law, Finance, Economics, Banking, or Risk Management. — 5+ years of experience in Compliance, AML/CFT, Financial Monitoring, Internal Control, or Audit. — Experience working in banks, fintech companies, payment institutions, or other financial organizations. — In-depth knowledge of AML/CFT requirements in accordance with the standards of the Financial Crimes Investigation Board (MASAK). — Being registered in the MASAK compliance officer registry — Understanding of regulatory requirements and supervisory practices according to the Turkish law. — Practical experience with KYC (Know Your Customer) and Customer Due Diligence (CDD/EDD) procedures. — Experience in transaction monitoring and identification of suspicious activities. — Practical knowledge and experience with: STR (Suspicious Transaction Reports), SAR (Suspicious Activity Reports), Sanctions and PEP list screening (SPL), SPK regulations (Capital Markets Board of Turkey), Sanctions screening — Understanding of the Risk-Based Approach (RBA) in financial monitoring and compliance processes. — Experience in preparing regulatory reports and interacting with regulatory authorities. — Experience in developing, implementing, and maintaining internal AML/KYC policies and procedures. — Ability to analyze large volumes of data and prepare compliance reports for management. — Experience with transaction monitoring systems and compliance tools. — Support the Compliance Officer / Head of Compliance in maintaining the company’s compliance framework in line with applicable regulations. — Ensure compliance with AML/CFT requirements and internal policies in accordance with the Financial Crimes Investigation Board. — Monitor transactions, identify suspicious activities, and ensure proper escalation and reporting, including preparation of STR and SAR reports. — Conduct KYC, CDD, and EDD reviews, including verification of customers and beneficial owners. — Perform sanctions screening, PEP checks, and adverse media screening in line with regulatory requirements. — Support compliance with regulatory requirements of the Banking Regulation and Supervision Agency and the Capital Markets Board of Turkey where applicable. — Assist in developing and updating AML/KYC policies, procedures, and internal controls. — Conduct compliance risk assessments using the Risk-Based Approach (RBA). — Prepare compliance reports for management and regulators and support regulatory inspections or audits. — Monitor regulatory updates and support improvements to transaction monitoring and compliance systems.
