Requirements: — 2–5 years of experience in compliance, AML/KYC, or regulatory roles in Pakistan, with direct experience in cryptocurrency, virtual assets, payment providers, finance or VASP compliance. — Strong understanding of Pakistan’s regulatory framework for virtual assets, AML, and CFT laws. — Proven experience drafting, reviewing, and implementing corporate policies, user agreements, and AML policies for crypto-related services. — Strong written and verbal communication skills in English. — Attention to detail and ability to work independently with minimal supervision. — Solid knowledge of international and local sanctions regimes, including OFAC, UN, EU, and Pakistan-specific sanctions Responsibilities: — Draft, review, and maintain company policies, including AML, user agreements, and other compliance-related documents in accordance with Pakistan regulations. — Ensure that all documentation aligns with VASP licensing requirements in Pakistan. — Collaborate with global compliance or legal teams to provide local input. — Maintain awareness of regulatory updates in Pakistan and recommend policy adjustments accordingly. — Support preparation of regulatory filings and applications.
