Requirements: — 4+ years of product management experience, with at least 1.5 years in web3/crypto projects — Understanding of current web3 landscape and where the market is heading — Understanding of DeFi mechanics — Experience with on-chain analytics — Proven track record of shipping products end-to-end — Ability to write clear epics, user stories, and technical specs for engineering teams using modern AI approaches — Experience running sprint planning, prioritization frameworks — Proficient in Figma or similar for wireframing and spec communication — Self-driven, high-energy – treats the product as their own Responsibilities: — Own the product backlog: translate business ideas, brainstorms, and strategic goals into validated hypotheses, structured epics, and prioritized tasks for engineering — Conduct competitive and market research: analyze comparable ecosystems, DeFi protocols, and potential integration partners – deliver actionable findings, not slide decks — Run planning cycles: facilitate sprint planning, set priorities, ensure engineering always has a clear and ranked queue of work — Validate ideas before they reach engineering: assess feasibility, revenue impact, estimate effort, flag risks — Build and maintain product specs: write clear ai-friendly requirements, acceptance criteria, and success metrics for every feature entering development — Track and report results: define KPIs per launch, measure outcomes, run retrospectives, feed learnings back into the roadmap — Support B2B integrations: prepare integration briefs, technical requirements, and pilot success metrics for partners — Prototype rapidly: use AI-assisted tools to build quick PoCs, mockups, and data models for idea validation — Stay deep in the ecosystem: monitor on-chain data, competitor moves, community sentiment, and emerging standards relevant to Whitechain Nice to have: — Experience with agentic AI tools for rapid PoC prototyping and research automation — Experience with EVM-like ecosystems specifically — Familiarity with ERC standards development — Experience structuring developer-facing products (SDKs, APIs, developer portals) — Background in B2B product work (integration specs, pilot design, partner onboarding) — SQL or Python for data analysis Immerse yourself in Crypto & Web3: — Master cutting-edge technologies and become an expert in the most innovative industry.
