What you'll do Deep Client Relationship Management & Value Enhancement Maintain strong relationships with key (top-tier) clients, provide 1-on-1 professional support, deeply explore client needs, and continuously identify new collaboration opportunities based on existing partnerships to expand cooperation scope and increase client trading share.
SME Client Maintenance Manage and maintain all Telegram groups daily, and handle clients’ business and technical issues on a routine basis.
Account Management Set up and maintain client accounts, including fee rates, rate limits, VIP channels, etc.
Client Inquiries Handle daily client inquiries, including account issues, trading data queries, product consultations, and platform event inquiries, while keeping clients updated with the platform’s event calendar.
Daily Notifications Communicate important updates to clients in a timely manner, such as policy changes and API upgrades, ensuring clients stay informed about the latest platform developments.
Complaint Handling Effectively resolve client complaints.
What you'll need Proficiency in both Chinese and English, with strong written and verbal communication skills.
Familiarity with the needs of institutional clients on trading platforms/exchanges.
Strong customer service mindset, problem-solving skills, and communication abilities; capable of delivering both emotional value and business value, and quickly identifying and meeting client needs.
Basic understanding of finance, trading, or related fields, with the ability to provide professional advice and support to clients.
Candidates with a technical background or experience using exchange APIs are preferred.
Strong team spirit, able to collaborate closely with team members to solve client issues.
Excellent communication skills, able to build effective communication channels with clients from diverse backgrounds and ensure accurate information delivery.
Bachelor’s degree or above (any major), with preference given to backgrounds in finance, computer science, or related fields.
Relevant experience in customer service or technical support is preferred, but candidates with strong potential and willingness to learn are also welcome.
