The future of Web3 starts with you — Business Development Manager! — 3+ years of B2B sales or business development experience in crypto/fintech/trading infrastructure. — Strong understanding of market making, liquidity provision, order book mechanics, spot and derivatives trading. — Proven track record of closing enterprise-level deals (six-figure+ annual contract value). — Experience preparing commercial proposals, pitch decks, and partnership frameworks. — Existing network among crypto exchanges, token projects, funds, or launchpads is highly preferred. — Comfortable with data-driven selling: ability to interpret trading volumes, spread analytics, and performance metrics to build compelling pitches. — Excellent written and verbal communication in English. — Self-starter who can operate autonomously in a fast-paced, remote-first environment. — Willingness to travel to industry conferences (Token2049, Consensus, etc.). — Identify, qualify, and engage prospective clients: crypto exchanges seeking third-party liquidity and token projects requiring market-making support pre- and post-listing. — Develop and maintain a structured sales pipeline with clear stage progression and forecasting. — Craft tailored commercial proposals including pricing models, SLAs, KPI commitments, and onboarding timelines. — Lead negotiations and close deals, coordinating with the trading and legal teams on contract terms. — Build and execute a brand development strategy: content initiatives, social presence (X/Twitter, LinkedIn), thought-leadership pieces, conference participation and speaking engagements. — Maintain ongoing relationships with existing clients to upsell additional pairs/venues and secure renewals. — Gather market intelligence on competitor offerings, fee structures, and industry trends to refine the company's positioning. — Report regularly on pipeline status, conversion metrics, and revenue forecasts to leadership.
