The future of Web3 starts with you. - Master’s degree in Law (international legal competency preferred). - Upper-Intermediate level of English or higher, with the ability to handle oral, written, and legal communications fluently. - Minimum 2-3 years of professional experience within blockchain technology, fintech, or digital asset markets, with a proven track record in tokenization. - Understanding of blockchain infrastructure, including a functional understanding of smart contracts and how they interact with real-world legal obligations; tokenomics, and the legal distinction between custodial and non-custodial wallets. - Practical knowledge of the legal mechanics behind the transition of real-world assets to the blockchain and Security Token Offerings (STOs). - Ability to translate complex legal issues into plain business solutions without relying on excessive "legalese". - High level of self-motivation and a solution-oriented mindset, comfortable solving unfamiliar legal questions with creativity and structure. - Design end-to-end legal structures for RWA projects, ensuring a bulletproof link between on-chain tokens and off-chain underlying assets. - Conduct comprehensive legal onboarding and deep-dive audits for new projects to determine their regulatory path and commercial viability. - Qualify digital assets—including Utility, Security, E-money, and Asset-referenced tokens—under MiCA, MiFID II, and the Prospectus Regulation across multiple jurisdictions. - Prepare "no-fluff" legal opinions, internal memos, and structural frameworks for complex tokenization projects. - Collaborate directly with product and engineering teams to ensure that "code mirrors law"—verifying that smart contract logic aligns with legal rights and obligations. - Research complex legal and regulatory questions to provide recommendations that support business initiatives and decisions. - Draft and negotiate sophisticated international commercial contracts and inter-company agreements required for the tokenization ecosystem. - Identify, monitor, and report on operational, legal, and regulatory risks, specifically concerning investor protection and cross-border distribution. - Understanding of the stock market infrastructure, including trade lifecycles, role of custodians, and regulatory requirements for brokerage operations and financial promotions. - Involvement in the process of obtaining financial licenses (e.g.
MiFID II and other securities-related authorizations); experience supporting applications for VASP/CASP, EMI, or PSP frameworks is highly valued. - Previous in-house experience within the fintech or crypto space. - Fluency in additional EU languages.
