This is a product-led role focused on taking live and incoming product launches from initial activation to scale: owning the metrics, the process, and the outcomes.
The role sits at the intersection of product and operations.
The candidate must combine a strong understanding of DeFi and payment infrastructure with the operational discipline to manage multiple concurrent workstreams and deliver measurable results.
What we do Product Operations & Growth • Own the operational execution of Morph's core product suite: Bulbaswap, BGB, RWAs, stablecoin growth and liquidity (inc: USDC, USDT, USDGO), and DeFi primitives • Drive each product from launch through to scale: defining growth targets, building the operational framework to hit them, and tracking performance continuously • Identify and resolve execution bottlenecks across product, tech, and ecosystem workstreams Stablecoin Growth • Own on-chain stablecoin performance: TVL, TVS, and transaction volume • Track and manage KPIs against Circle, USDT0, and partner-defined thresholds • Drive USDC and USDT0 liquidity strategy in coordination with Bitget Exchange and Bitget Wallet • Lead the operational onboarding of new stablecoin assets including USDGO, local currency stablecoins with regulated issuers, and yield-bearing instruments New Product Launch Management • Serve as the operational lead for all incoming product launches • Define and manage the end-to-end launch process: requirements, integration, testing, go-live, and post-launch growth • Work directly with technical leads to ensure product specifications translate into delivered, production-ready features on schedule DeFi & Liquidity Primitives • Manage the operational performance of DeFi integrations including Bulbaswap and lending protocols • Ensure DeFi partners are live, performing to target, and correctly integrated within the Bitget Wallet and Bitget Earn ecosystem • Monitor and report on DeFi TVL in relation to payment settlement liquidity requirements BGB Product Operations • Manage BGB-related product workstreams including staking, exchange listings, and BGW integrations • Coordinate with Bitget teams to expand BGB utility within the Morph ecosystem Ecosystem Campaign Execution • Collaborate with Bitget Wallet and Bitget Exchange teams on chain-level growth initiatives • Ensure campaign activity translates into measurable on-chain outcomes What we need Required Requirement • 5–8 years of experience in product management, product operations, or growth, with a track record of owning metrics and delivering outcomes across complex, multi-stakeholder environments • Substantive hands-on experience in DeFi: liquidity management, protocol integrations, stablecoin mechanics, and TVL as an operational metric • Background in payments: understanding of fiat-to-onchain settlement flows, payment rails, and the operational requirements of payment infrastructure partners • Technical fluency sufficient to work directly with engineering teams and able to evaluate integration requirements, interpret documentation, and drive product decisions without requiring translation • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple concurrent product workstreams under real deadlines • Rigorous, metrics-first approach to execution Preferred Requirement • Experience at a blockchain infrastructure company, stablecoin issuer, custodian, or payments-focused fintech • Familiarity with CCTP, cross-chain liquidity mechanics, or stablecoin issuance frameworks • English and Mandarin proficiency What Success Looks Like • Core product suite, Bulbaswap, BGB, Stablecoins, RWAs, operationally executing and hitting growth targets • USDC and USDT0 consistently performing against TVS and partner KPI thresholds • Incoming product launches delivered on schedule with clear post-launch growth ownership • DeFi layer operational and generating measurable liquidity impact • A repeatable, documented operational framework for product launches that scales without proportional headcount growth
