As a Client Success Manager reporting to AVP - Client Success Management, you'll play a meaningful role in delivering outstanding client experiences and driving long-term success for Nasdaq's customers across Southeast Asia, Australia, and New Zealand.

Serve as the primary point of contact for an assigned portfolio of clients across Southeast Asia, Australia, and New Zealand — handling relationships, tracking project progress, and leading executive business reviews.
Partner cross-functionally with Sales, Client Services, Client Support, and Engineering to proactively address client needs, mitigate risks, and align on strategic priorities.
Identify and accelerate upsell and cross-sell opportunities within the portfolio, contributing to portfolio growth and long-term client retention.
Drive measurable improvements in client satisfaction by understanding each client's goals and positioning Nasdaq's solutions to help achieve them.
Develop continuous improvement within the Client Success function by proactively finding opportunities to improve service delivery and team practices.
Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
8+ years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or Professional Services within a SaaS or consulting organization, ideally in capital markets or regulatory technology.
Proven track record to lead executive-level client conversations, handle client issues, and build consensus across internal and external stakeholders.
Strong commercial competence with the ability to identify growth opportunities and translate client needs into actionable outcomes.
Proficiency in customer success tools such as Salesforce, Gainsight, Planhat, or similar platforms.
Experience working with clients across Southeast Asia, Australia, or New Zealand markets.
Familiarity with software development life cycles and how technology solutions are deployed in regulated environments.
Proficiency in additional languages beyond English, supporting engagement with diverse client bases across the region.
This position is located in Bonifacio Global City, Taguig, Philippines, and offers a hybrid work environment with at least 2 days per week in-office, subject to change, providing flexibility and accessibility for qualified candidates.
