As a Technical Onboarding Specialist reporting to Sr. Manager – Client Onboarding, you'll play a meaningful role in delivering seamless onboarding experiences for new and existing customers onto Nasdaq's Trade Surveillance SaaS platform — managing both client relationships and hands-on technical integration and testing.

Lead client engagement from post-sales through to launch, conducting regular meetings, handling stakeholder relationships, and delivering tailored project plans to ensure a smooth onboarding experience.
Perform hands-on technical integration and data quality testing, supporting customers through data mapping, configuration setup, and issue resolution.
Collaborate closely with functional analysts, Sales, Support, and Development teams to coordinate onboarding activities and ensure alignment across all workstreams.
Handle change requests end-to-end — from requirements gathering and documentation through to implementation and testing — ensuring changes meet client needs and quality standards.
Provide regular project status reporting to internal and external stakeholders, maintaining clarity and delivery confidence throughout the onboarding lifecycle.
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent practical experience.
At least 3 years of experience working with Linux/Unix commands (basic to advanced) within a technical delivery or onboarding role.
Proven knowledge of capital markets products, including Equities, Futures, Options, and OTC markets such as Forex, Interest Rate Swaps, and Fixed Income.
Strong client management and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage confidently at all levels — from technical teams to senior stakeholders.
Experience with version control tools (e.g., Git) and working knowledge of regular expressions.
Familiarity with trading protocols such as FIX or similar market data standards.
Experience working in a SaaS delivery, implementation, or customer onboarding environment.
Ability to work optimally across global teams and time zones, including alignment with US Eastern Time business hours.
This position is located in Bonifacio Global City, Taguig, Philippines, and offers a hybrid work environment with at least 2 days per week in-office, subject to change, providing flexibility and accessibility for qualified candidates.
Please note: This role operates on a night shift schedule aligned to US Eastern Time (8:00 AM – 5:00 PM ET).
