As a Lead Project Manager reporting to Senior Director - project management, you'll play a critical role in delivering complex, client-facing technology solutions for market infrastructure and new-market clients.

Lead global, cross‑functional teams to deliver scoped solutions on time and within budget.
Own the end‑to‑end project lifecycle—from initiation and planning through client acceptance.
Manage stakeholders and steering committees; provide clear status, risk, and quality updates.
Build and manage budgets, forecasts, change controls, and commercial reporting.
Identify, assess, and mitigate delivery risks; remove roadblocks and escalate early when needed.
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent practical experience.
12+ years total experience with 5+ years in technology/project management for complex systems in international environments.
Proven track record leading large, multi‑stakeholder deliveries end‑to‑end to customer acceptance.
Strong client engagement skills; effective communicator in matrixed, cross‑time‑zone settings.
Solid understanding of the software development lifecycle; familiarity with financial technology and market infrastructure.
PMP/Prince2 or Agile certification.
Experience in capital markets, fintech, or other regulated industries.
Exposure to global teams and cultural nuances; readiness for occasional client travel.
This position will be located in Stockholm and offers the opportunity for a hybrid work environment at least 3 days a week in‑office, subject to change, providing flexibility and accessibility for qualified candidates.
