What you'll do
- Channel Expansion & Ecosystem Building: Responsible for connecting with traditional brokerage channels, high-profile financial KOLs, asset management institutions, and High-Net-Worth (HNW) clients across the Greater China region; establishing deep business partnerships to achieve growth targets including account openings, asset onboarding, and Assets Under Management (AUM).
- End-to-End Business Operations: Independently conduct high-level commercial negotiations, implement customized partnership proposals, and perform post-cooperation data reviews; continuously optimize rebate structures and partnership models to maximize ROI and client retention.
- Asset Allocation & Client Conversion: Deeply explore the diversified asset allocation needs of traditional Hong Kong and US stock investors; provide consultation, guidance, and conversion matchmaking for HNW clients migrating from traditional finance to emerging digital assets (Digital Assets / RWA / Web3).
- Market Insight & Competitive Analysis: Closely track the latest strategies of peers and competitors (such as Futu, Longbridge, Fosun, etc.); deliver differentiated acquisition strategies to drive explosive business growth in the Greater China region.
What you'll need
- Industry Background: Bachelor’s degree or above; 2–5 years of experience in BD, channel partnerships, or Institutional Sales within major Hong Kong and US stock brokerages, such as Futu, Tiger, Valuable (Vantage), or Longbridge.
- Resource Advantage: Familiar with the channel ecosystem, rebate/commission-sharing mechanisms, and HNW user profiles of Hong Kong/US stock brokerages; candidates with established resources of financial KOLs, brokerage channels, or HNW clients are preferred.
- Knowledge Base: Possess a foundational understanding of or a strong interest in digital assets/crypto industry; grasp basic concepts like RWA (Real World Asset tokenization) and demonstrate the ability to smoothly bridge traditional finance with emerging asset demands. (Candidates with a cross-over background in both Web2 and Web3 are preferred).
- Core Competencies: Highly self-driven with exceptional commercial negotiation skills; result-oriented with high stress tolerance; possess rapid learning agility and execution capabilities in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

- 全链路商务闭环： 独立进行高能级商务谈判、定制化合作方案落地及后期数据复盘，持续优化渠道分润与合作模式，提升合作 ROI 与客户留存。
- 资产配置与转型转化： 深入挖掘传统港美股客户的多元化资产配置需求，为高净值客群提供传统金融向新兴数字资产（Digital Assets / RWA / Web3）迁移的咨询、引导与转化对接。
- 市场洞察与竞品对标： 紧密追踪行业及同业竞品（如富途、长桥、复星等）的最新策略，输出差异化的拓新方案，助力大中华区业务的爆发式增长。
任职要求：
- 行业背景： 本科及以上学历，2-5年富途 (Futu)、老虎 (Tiger)、华盛 (Vantage)、长桥 (Longbridge) 等主流港美股券商的 BD、渠道合作或机构大客户销售（Institutional Sales）经验。
- 资源优势： 熟悉港美股券商的渠道生态、分润机制及高净值用户画像，自带成熟的财经 KOL、券商渠道或高净值客户资源者优先。
- 知识储备： 对数字资产/加密行业（Digital Assets / Crypto）有基础认知或浓厚兴趣，理解 RWA（真实世界资产通证化）等基本业态，能顺畅桥接传统金融与新兴资产需求。(具有 Web2+Web3 交叉背景者优先)
- 核心素养： 具备极强的商务自驱力与谈判能力，结果导向，抗压能力强，具备在变化环境中的快速学习与落地执行力。
