What you'll do
- Excellent activity planning ability, based on platform and user characteristics, formulate activity goals, strategies, and plans, continuously explore effective activity gameplay and models, and achieve indicators such as user acquisition, activity, retention, and volume improvement.
- Promote the implementation of activities, control the overall tone, be responsible for the final effect, including but not limited to the overall planning and coordination of design, product, research and development needs.
- Has certain data statistics and operational analysis capabilities, monitors activity data, can insight problems from data and perform optimization iterations.
- Pay attention to the dynamics of competing products, explore and precipitate activity templates, improve activity efficiency, and enhance platform user growth and transaction volume growth.
What you'll need
- Chinese people need Chinese- English or Chinese-Russian.
- Preferably have a large growth in the currency circle/user operation experience
- Result-oriented, strong self-drive, strong stress resistance
