What you'll do
1. Institutional Partnerships & Commercial Negotiation
- Develop and maintain key institutional partners, including but not limited to licensed securities brokers, custodian banks, audit firms, and law firms.
- Lead commercial negotiations, define partnership frameworks, service level agreements (SLAs), and revenue-sharing mechanisms.
- Act as the primary business contact for institutional partnerships, identify deeper collaboration opportunities, and drive joint marketing initiatives and product co-creation.
2. User-Facing Product Operations & Ecosystem Development
- Manage the full lifecycle operations of RWA-related user-facing products, and formulate and implement user acquisition and retention strategies.
- Build and operate the RWA community ecosystem, plan marketing campaigns, and enhance the brand’s penetration and influence in the Real World Assets sector.
- Monitor and optimize the user experience of fiat on/off-ramp channels, refine the conversion funnel, and reduce user friction and churn.
What you'll need
- Education & Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree or above, with more than 5 years of work experience. Experience in RWA（Real World Assets）, securities brokerage/financial services, or Web3 institutional business is required.
- Hybrid Capabilities:Institutional / B2B Expertise:
- Extensive experience in institutional negotiations, with the ability to independently interface with licensed securities brokers and compliant custodians. Familiarity with KYC（Know Your Customer）and AML（Anti-Money Laundering）processes is required.
- User-Facing / B2C Mindset:
- Strong expertise in user operations, with the ability to continuously optimize product experience based on data analysis.
- Project Management Capability:
- Strong cross-functional execution and coordination skills, with the ability to work with product, R&D, compliance, finance, and other teams to drive project progress and ensure successful implementation.
- Professional Skills:
- Familiar with the tokenization process of RWA assets, including U.S. stocks, Hong Kong stocks, credit assets, and other asset classes. Proficient in mainstream project management methodologies. Excellent English communication skills, with the ability to independently liaise with overseas institutions.
- Soft Skills:
- Results-oriented, resilient under pressure, and capable of defining clear paths and driving execution in uncertain or ambiguous environments.

- 拓展并维护核心机构合作伙伴，包括但不限于持牌券商、托管银行、审计机构及律师事务所。
- 主导商务谈判，确定合作框架、服务级别协议（SLA）及分润机制。
- 作为机构合作的主要业务对接人，深入挖掘合作机会，推动联合营销及产品共创。
2. C 端产品运营与生态建设
- 负责 RWA 相关 C 端产品的全生命周期运营，制定并落地用户增长及用户留存策略。
- 搭建并运营 RWA 社区生态，策划市场活动，提升品牌在真实世界资产赛道的渗透率与影响力。
- 监控并优化法币出入金通道的用户体验，完善转化漏斗，降低用户使用阻力与流失率。
任职要求：
- 学历与经验：
- 本科及以上学历，5 年以上工作经验；必须具备 RWA（真实世界资产）、券商金融或 Web3 机构业务相关经验。
- 复合能力：B 端能力：
- 具备丰富的机构谈判经验，能够独立对接持牌券商及合规托管机构，熟悉 KYC（了解你的客户）及 AML（反洗钱）流程。
- C 端思维：
- 精通用户运营，能够基于数据分析持续优化产品体验。
- 项目管理能力：
- 具备极强的跨部门推动能力，能够协调产品、研发、合规、财务等团队，推动项目进程并确保落地。
- 专业技能：
- 熟悉 RWA 资产代币化流程，包括美股、港股、信贷等资产类别；精通主流项目管理方法论；具备优秀的英文沟通能力，能够独立对接海外机构。
- 软性素质：
- 结果导向，抗压能力强，能够在不确定或模糊的环境中定义清晰路径，并推动执行落地。
