— Experience in Marketing, Project Management, or similar operational roles
— Strong operational, organizational and stakeholder management skills
— Ability to create marketing roadmaps, project plans, and manage delivery workflows
— Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
— Experience with project management tools (Jira, Asana, Miro, etc.)
— Understanding of cross-functional collaboration
— Strong communication, prioritization, and problem-solving skills
— Data-driven mindset with attention to detail
— Experience working with multiple teams and managing dependencies across functions
— Manage and coordinate incoming marketing requests from product and business teams
— Track project progress, identify bottlenecks, and escalate risks when needed
— Prepare and maintain visibility of the marketing roadmap and delivery status
— Ensure project scope is delivered according to agreed timelines and budgets
— Support quality control and operational consistency across campaigns and launches
