— Experience in coordination, operations, or project support roles

— Coordination of internal tasks for specific department teams and small-scale projects
— Monitoring task deadlines and follow-up with responsible stakeholders
— Organizing and synchronizing communication between teams
— Maintaining project/task trackers and keeping statuses up to date
— Preparing reports, summaries, and operational updates
— Assisting in structuring and optimizing internal processes
— Preparing meeting notes, action items, and monitoring their execution
— Providing administrative and operational support under the mentorship of the Operations Manager
— Escalating risks, blockers, and delays to the manager
— Establishing and monitoring SLA compliance for the teams
