What you'll do
- Develop the overall strategic plan for the live streaming business; define the positioning and execution approach of live streaming in the user acquisition and conversion funnel for new products such as RWA and CFD. Continuously optimize business strategies through a data-driven approach.
- Build and manage a professional live streaming host team; identify, sign, and continuously manage high-quality host resources, while establishing host incentive and performance evaluation mechanisms.
- Design traffic acquisition strategies for live streaming rooms, working closely with off-platform marketing, social media, KOL partnerships, and other channels to ensure sustained growth on the supply side.
- Design dedicated live streaming campaigns for different product categories and build an end-to-end conversion funnel from content engagement to account opening and trading.
- Research industry best practices and collaborate with product and technology teams to continuously improve product-related features and enhance the overall user experience.
What you'll need
- 5+ years of experience in live streaming operations on internet finance platforms, with relevant team management experience.Fluency in both Chinese and English as working languages is required.
- Deep understanding of the content logic of financial live streaming, with the ability to differentiate operational strategies for educational, market commentary, and product marketing live streams.
- Results-oriented, with strong familiarity with the full set of metrics and monitoring systems for live streaming operations.
- Strong ability to work under pressure and execute effectively, with the capability to translate strategy into detailed execution in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic understanding of Crypto, stocks, or CFD products, or a strong willingness to quickly learn emerging knowledge and new product categories.
- Experience leading live streaming businesses at stock/CFD-related platforms such as Futu, Tiger Brokers, Xueqiu, East Money, Tonghuashun, or similar platforms is preferred.
- Experience building related products or businesses from 0 to 1 is preferred.
- Established network of high-quality finance-related live streaming hosts is preferred.

任职要求：
- 5 年以上互联网金融平台直播业务相关经验以及相应的团队管理经验，中英文作为工作语言
- 深度理解金融直播的内容逻辑——能区分教育类、行情类、产品营销类直播的不同运营策略
- 结果导向，熟悉直播业务的完整指标和监控体系
- 抗压、执行力强，能在快节奏环境中从战略落到细节
- 了解Crypto、股票或CFD 产品的基本逻辑，或有意愿快速学习新兴知识
- 有富途、老虎证券、雪球、东方财富、同花顺等股票/CFD类平台直播业务负责经验者优先
- 有相关产品从0到1建立经验者优先
- 有成熟的优质财经主播资源积累者优先
