About the Role You will design, implement, and enhance platform components that support banks, owning the vision, roadmaps, prioritization, and technical architecture for banking services. You will provide hands-on leadership and guidance to the engineering team, empowering them to solve complex end-to-end problems while maintaining engineering excellence. You will work with stakeholders to align strategy and execution and dig into data to deliver the right results.
Requirements 7+ years of experience working as Software Engineer 3+ years of experience managing or leading a team Experience working in banks or a similar domain Strong written and verbal communication skills Track record of successfully delivering high-impact production services Ability to dig deep into data, think from first principles, and deliver results Experience managing high-functioning remote teams with autonomy Golang experience is a plus
