What you'll do
- Responsible for expanding streamer, KOL, and content partnership resources for the exchange’s live streaming business, continuously enriching the live content ecosystem.
- Identify and build partnerships with traders, analysts, KOLs, project teams, communities, and MCN agencies to drive the supply of high-quality live streaming content.
- Manage the full lifecycle of streamers and partners, including recruitment, contracting, onboarding, training, incentive design, and day-to-day operational maintenance.
- Support the planning and execution of live streaming campaigns, AMAs, trading competitions, trending-topic sessions, and other content initiatives to increase user activity and engagement.
- Work closely with marketing, community, and business teams to integrate live streaming content with trading products and business goals, improving user conversion and trading activity.
- Continuously monitor industry trends and competitors’ live streaming ecosystems to identify potential partnership resources and growth opportunities.
- Track partnership performance and conduct data analysis; regularly review results and optimize operational strategies.
What you'll need
Basic Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in internet platforms, live streaming platforms, content platforms, community operations, or business development.
- Solid understanding of the crypto industry, including the Crypto KOL ecosystem, community ecosystem, and content distribution methods.
- Strong communication and business development skills, with the ability to independently drive partnership discussions and execution.
- Results-oriented, with strong resource development awareness and execution capability.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working at a crypto exchange, Web3 project, MCN agency, or live streaming platform.
- Existing resources among Crypto KOLs, streamers, communities, or project teams.
- Familiarity with overseas content platforms such as X / Twitter, Telegram, Discord, YouTube, and TikTok.
- Experience in creator operations, streamer operations, business partnerships, or user growth.
- Ability to use English as a working language is preferred.

- Proactively identifies and develops resources instead of waiting for opportunities to come in.
- Understands the Crypto content ecosystem and knows who is creating content, who has traffic, and who can bring value.

- Does not necessarily need to be a senior operations professional, but should have strong BD capabilities and resource sensitivity.

任职要求：
基础要求
- 2年以上互联网、直播平台、内容平台、社区运营或商务拓展（BD）经验。
- 对加密货币行业有一定了解，熟悉Crypto KOL生态、社区生态及内容传播方式。
- 具备较强的沟通能力和商务拓展能力，能够独立推进合作洽谈及落地执行。
- 结果导向，具备较强的资源开拓意识和执行力。
优先考虑
- 有交易所、Web3项目、MCN机构或直播平台工作经验。
- 拥有Crypto领域KOL、主播、社区或项目方资源。
- 熟悉X（Twitter）、Telegram、Discord、YouTube、TikTok等海外内容平台生态。
- 有达人运营、主播运营、商务合作或用户增长相关经验。
- 英语可作为工作语言者优先。
