What you'll do
- Responsible for formulating and implementing spot trading business growth strategies, continuously optimizing core metrics such as user activity, trading frequency, trading depth, and retention.
- Conduct in-depth research on user trading behavior and market changes, identify user needs and pain points, and drive continuous iteration of trading experience and operational mechanisms.
- Responsible for the operation of trading scenarios, including the construction of modules such as trading activities, strategy zones, trading tools, and signal ecosystem, to improve user engagement and trading conversion.
- Based on user segmentation and trading data analysis, design differentiated operational strategies to promote the growth and conversion of users from novice to experienced traders.
- Establish a trading operation indicator system, continuously monitor business health, and drive operational decisions and product optimization through data.
- Collaborate with the product, marketing, quantitative, and liquidity teams to promote the construction of the trading ecosystem and the implementation of key growth projects.
- Discover and introduce high-quality trading strategies, trading signals, and trading tool resources to enrich the platform's trading ecosystem.
- Track industry dynamics and competitor changes, and output market insights and operational optimization solutions.
What you'll need
Basic Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or above, preferably in finance, economics, mathematics, statistics, computer science, or related fields. Minimum 3 years of experience in the cryptocurrency industry, with background in exchanges, quantitative trading teams, or professional trading platforms.
- Deep understanding of the cryptocurrency market, real trading experience, and familiarity with spot, futures, and mainstream trading strategies.
- Sensitive to market changes and able to quickly understand user trading behavior and market sentiment shifts.
Core Competencies
- Deep understanding of trading user needs, able to identify problems and design solutions from the trader's perspective.
- Mature growth operation experience, with case studies of cold start projects or business growth from scratch.
- Strong data analysis skills, able to identify problems, verify hypotheses, and drive business growth through data.
- Ability to independently design and build operational systems, not just at the event execution level.
- Understanding of the fundamental logic of quantitative trading, including mainstream strategy frameworks such as CTA, arbitrage, market making, grid trading, and trend-following strategies.
- Possesses excellent cross-team collaboration skills, capable of driving product, technology, and operational resources to achieve common goals.
Preferred Candidates:
- Experience in quantitative strategy operation, strategy product operation, or strategy ecosystem development.
- Participation in the development of strategy markets, signal markets, copy trading, etc.
- Familiarity with TradingView, quantitative platforms, API trading ecosystems, and professional trading tools.
- Previous experience working for professional trading platforms or institutions, including: FTX, Deribit, dYdX，Or relevant experience with leading quantitative funds, quantitative market makers, or Prop Trading teams.

任职要求：
基本要求
- 本科及以上学历，金融、经济、数学、统计、计算机等相关专业优先，3年以上加密货币行业从业经验，具备交易所、量化团队或专业交易平台工作背景。
- 对加密市场具有较深理解，具备真实交易经验，熟悉现货、合约及主流交易策略逻辑。
- 对市场变化敏感，能够快速理解用户交易行为及市场情绪变化。
核心能力
- 深刻理解交易用户需求，能够从交易者视角发现问题并设计解决方案。
- 具备成熟的增长运营经验，有从0到1冷启动项目或业务增长案例。
- 具备较强的数据分析能力，能够通过数据发现问题、验证假设并推动业务增长。
- 能独立设计并搭建运营体系，而不仅限于活动执行层面。
- 理解量化交易基础逻辑，包括CTA、套利、做市、网格、趋势策略等主流策略框架。
- 具备优秀的跨团队协作能力，能够推动产品、技术及运营资源共同达成目标。
优先考虑
- 有量化策略运营、策略产品运营或策略生态建设经验。
- 参与过策略市场（Strategy Marketplace）、信号市场（Signal Marketplace）、跟单交易（Copy Trading）等业务建设。
- 熟悉 TradingView、量化平台、API交易生态及专业交易工具。
- 曾就职于专业交易平台或机构，包括：FTX、Deribit、dYdX或具备头部量化基金、量化做市商、Prop Trading团队相关经验。
