What You’ll Do
- Manage and grow relationships with VIP, institutional, and high-net-worth clients on the Bitget platform.
- Act as the main point of contact for VIP users, providing timely support, market updates, and platform guidance.
- Develop and execute client acquisition and retention strategies to increase trading volume and user engagement.
- Identify client needs and provide tailored solutions related to spot trading, futures trading, copy trading, staking, and other Bitget products.
- Work closely with internal teams such as product, operations, marketing, compliance, and customer support to improve the VIP client experience.
- Monitor client trading activity, feedback, and market trends to identify business opportunities.
- Assist VIP clients with onboarding, KYC/KYB processes, account setup, API access, fee structure, and trading-related inquiries.
- Promote Bitget’s VIP programs, campaigns, events, and institutional services.
- Maintain strong knowledge of cryptocurrency markets, exchange products, derivatives, and competitor offerings.
- Represent Bitget at industry events, conferences, networking sessions, and client meetings.
- Ensure all client interactions comply with company policies, regulatory requirements, and risk management standards.
- Prepare regular reports on client activity, sales pipeline, revenue growth, and relationship management performance.
What You’ll Need
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
- Proven experience in relationship management, business development, sales, or account management, preferably in cryptocurrency, fintech, banking, brokerage, or financial services.
- Strong understanding of crypto trading, spot markets, futures, derivatives, exchange operations, and blockchain industry trends.
- Existing network of crypto traders, institutional clients, market makers, brokers, or high-net-worth individuals is a strong advantage.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to build long-term client relationships and handle VIP clients professionally.
- Strong sales mindset with the ability to meet trading volume, revenue, and client growth targets.
- Familiarity with VIP fee structures, liquidity solutions, API trading, and institutional trading needs is beneficial.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to track client behavior and identify growth opportunities.
- Native Portuguese and fluent English is required; additional languages such as Spanish, are a plus.
- Comfortable working remotely or across different time zones if required.
- Passion for cryptocurrency, Web3, and digital asset markets.
