岗位职责：
策略开发与优化
- 设计、回测并部署自动化交易模型，包括定价引擎、波动率管理和库存控制。
- 研究市场微观结构，挖掘 alpha 信号，改进现有算法（如价差捕获、价差套利、资金费率套利）。
- 将研究见解转化为交易信号，并通过回测和实盘模拟进行验证。
交易与风险管理
- 管理日常交易活动：持续报出买卖价差，监控风险限额，调整跨不同交易所的碎片化库存规模。
- 实施稳健的风险控制措施（PnL 归因、回撤限制、对冲风险敞口） ，并适应 7×24 小时的市场环境。
- 分析交易后的盈亏驱动因素、市场冲击和滑点，以优化定价模型。
技术与协作
- 与量化研究员、软件工程师及其他交易员密切合作，改进交易系统和降低执行延迟。
- 参与低延迟架构设计与优化（例如多线程、分布式系统）。
- 持续跟踪加密货币市场动态、交易所 API 更新以及 DeFi 协议，发掘新的交易机会。
任职要求：
- 本科及以上学历，具备3-5年支付行业或相关领域工作经验。
- 对法币系统及相关知识有深入理解。
- 熟悉法币数据结构与框架，具备扎实的数据处理能力。
- 具备独立的数据分析能力，能够从数据中提炼出有价值的洞察。
- 有竞品公司（Web3、交易或金融/银行/支付行业）相同职位经验者优先。
- 能够在压力下高效工作。
- 具备良好的沟通与团队协作能力，能够跨部门高效合作。
- 熟练使用英语和普通话进行工作交流。
