What you'll do
- Own the merchant management operations — design and optimize merchant business systems, operational mechanisms, and growth strategies from scratch
- Plan and execute merchant-facing campaigns, identify business expansion opportunities, and drive sustainable growth through structured operation plans
- Set and track operational goals across different scenarios and markets, boost merchant community engagement through data-driven, fine-grained management
- Work cross-functionally with product, risk, growth, and regional teams to remove blockers and hit operational targets
- Stay close to business trends and industry dynamics, turn insights into actionable product improvement suggestions
What you'll need
- Bachelor's degree or above; bilingual in English and Chinese
- Solid experience in event planning and merchant relationship management — ran community operations or business operation projects before
- Sharp logic, data-sensitive, and a fast learner who picks up new tools and frameworks quickly
- Team-first mindset with strong communication and coordination skills — you get things done through people, not around them
