About the Role
You will serve as a trusted first point of contact for customers across phone, chat, and email. You will help customers navigate the application process, resolve blockers, and understand HELOCs and other financial products. You will explain complex financial concepts in a clear and customer friendly way. You will provide troubleshooting support across a range of customer and platform issues. You will complete compliance related steps accurately and consistently. You will identify trends and share ideas that improve the customer experience and support operations. You will participate in training and licensing programs that expand your skill set. You will contribute to a high performing environment where reliability and strong execution matter.
Requirements
- 1+ year of experience in a customer facing role
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to explain complex information clearly and build trust with customers
- Comfort working in a structured fast paced high volume environment
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow process accurately
- Confidence learning new systems and navigating multiple technology platforms
- Ability to complete required compliance training
- Adhere to all company security policies and data handling procedures
- Complete mandatory security awareness training within required timeframes
- Promptly report any suspected security incidents or suspicious activity to the Security team
