What you'll do
- Trading Experience Enhancement：
- Conduct regular competitor research and user interviews; segment retail users and professional traders, and drive the implementation of solutions addressing core pain points and trading experience requirements.
- Futures Product Operations：
- Collaborate with the Product team to research competitor products and internal product user journeys; identify product gaps and drive implementation to enhance product competitiveness.
- TradFi Futures Operations：
- Identify market hotspots across TradFi assets, including precious metals, commodities, and U.S. equities; collaborate on the listing and delisting evaluation of TradFi futures/contracts, and support promotional campaigns around trending market opportunities.
What you'll need
- More than 3 years of experience in operations or product roles at mainstream exchanges or traditional securities brokerage firms.
- Deep understanding of futures/derivatives trading logic, with knowledge of professional futures traders’ user profiles and needs.
- Strong understanding of TradFi assets, including precious metals, commodities, and equities.
- Strong data analysis skills, with the ability to identify issues from trading data and drive decision-making.
- Fluent in spoken English and able to use English as a working language.

- 合约产品运营：
- 与产品团队协作，调研竞品和本所产品路径，识别产品短板推动落地，提升产品竞争力；
- TradFi合约运营：
- 识别贵金属、大宗商品、美股热等TraFi资产热点，协同Tradfi合约上下币评估和活动热点宣发；
任职要求：
- 主流交易所或传统券商运营/产品3 年以上经验。
- 深入理解合约交易逻辑，了解合约专业用户画像及需求。
- 对 TradFi 资产（贵金属/大宗商品/股票） 有深入理解。
- 较强数据分析能力，能从交易数据中发现问题并驱动决策。
- 英语口语可作为工作语言。
