We're partnering with one of the fastest-growing consumer crypto startups in the US to find a Social Lead who lives and breathes social media, paid acquisition, and content.

Working closely with a lean, experienced growth team, you'll own the company's social strategy from idea to execution, helping drive both brand awareness and customer acquisition across multiple platforms.
What you'll be doing
You'll take ownership of the company's social presence and paid social strategy, including:
- Developing and scaling paid social campaigns focused on performance and growth.
- Identifying, managing and briefing content creators to produce high-performing creative.
- Running continuous A/B testing to improve conversion, customer acquisition cost (CAC) and overall campaign performance.
- Managing organic social channels across platforms such as TikTok, Instagram and YouTube.
- Planning, sourcing, creating and publishing engaging content that aligns with the brand.
- Staying ahead of platform trends, algorithm changes and emerging content formats.
- Monitoring channel performance, analysing results and using insights to optimise future campaigns.
- Maintaining a consistent brand voice, visual identity and content style.
- Leading creative campaigns around product launches, announcements and growth initiatives.
What we're looking for
We're looking for someone who combines creativity with a strong analytical mindset.
You'll ideally have:
- A deep understanding of today's paid social advertising and content landscape.
- Experience growing social media accounts, whether personal brands, creator accounts or company channels.
- A proven ability to analyse performance data and optimise for engagement, conversion and growth.
- Hands-on experience managing the entire content lifecycle—from sourcing ideas and creators through to publishing, reporting and optimisation.
- Strong organisational skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-moving startup environment.
- A genuine interest in technology, fintech or Web3 is highly advantageous.
