We're partnering with one of the fastest-growing consumer technology startups in the crypto space to find a Brand Marketing Designer.
This is an exciting opportunity for a designer who thrives at the intersection of brand, marketing and product. You'll play a key role in shaping the visual identity of a rapidly growing consumer platform, creating work that not only looks exceptional but also drives engagement and growth.
Working alongside Product and Growth teams, you'll help build a distinctive brand across every customer touchpoint—from launch campaigns and social content to product marketing and creative assets.
What you'll be doing
As Brand Marketing Designer, you'll help define and evolve the company's visual identity while creating high-performing marketing creative.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Evolving and maintaining the company's brand system, including typography, colour, illustration and visual language.
- Creating compelling creative for social media, product launches and growth campaigns.
- Collaborating with Product and Marketing teams to ensure a consistent brand experience across digital touchpoints.
- Designing creative assets that support user acquisition, engagement and brand awareness.
- Developing campaign concepts from initial idea through to final execution.
- Creating branded merchandise and other marketing collateral.
- Exploring new creative tools, workflows and emerging design trends to continually raise the quality of output.
What we're looking for
We're looking for someone with a strong eye for detail, a passion for visual storytelling and the ability to balance creativity with commercial impact.
You'll ideally have:
- 3–5 years' experience in brand, graphic or marketing design.
- Experience working for a consumer app, creative agency or modern consumer-focused brand.
- An outstanding portfolio demonstrating strong visual craft, branding and execution across multiple channels.
- The ability to think strategically while also delivering polished, high-quality assets.
- Confidence working collaboratively in a fast-paced, iterative environment.
- Curiosity to experiment with new creative tools and design processes.
- Motion graphics, animation or 3D design experience would be a strong advantage.
- An interest in fintech, consumer technology or Web3 is beneficial, with personal crypto trading experience considered a bonus.
