About the Role
You'll be one of the first marketers at Goldsky, working closely with the Head of Marketing to bring the company's fintech and stablecoin refocus to life. You'll act as a player-coach, shipping the work yourself while shaping how marketing operates. You'll report to the Head of Marketing and take the company's strategic narrative, infrastructure, and forming customer pipeline and turn it into campaigns, content, launches, and stories. You'll wear multiple hats early and grow the surface area you own as the team expands.
Requirements
- Around 5 to 8 years of B2B marketing experience, ideally with time at an infrastructure, fintech, payments, or developer-tools company
- Experience shipping campaigns, owning channels, and operating as a generalist
- Strong writing skills to produce customer stories, launch blogs, sales one-pagers, and social copy
- Comfortable with technical products including stablecoins, payments rails, real-time data, and operational workflows
- Ability to operate fast and finish things
- Measurement-oriented mindset including setting up dashboards and working with sales and ops
Responsibilities
- Own marketing execution across product marketing, content, demand generation, lifecycle, and events
- Translate the product into a fintech story by turning products into messaging frameworks, sales collateral, one-pagers, and narratives
- Run launches end to end by coordinating with product, engineering, and design
- Build the content engine by writing or commissioning technical posts, customer stories, and thought leadership
- Set the editorial calendar and own quality
- Run demand programs across paid, organic, ABM, and partner channels to generate pipeline
- Measure what works and double down on effective channels
- Own events including sponsorships, dinners, side events, and the field engine around fintech and stablecoin events
- Manage agencies, freelancers, and vendors for design, content, paid media, and PR
